Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, to process your return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@thunderbirdcoffee.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
